Judge Adam C. Yang - Accomplice to Rape, Tortures Men

Judge Adam C. Yang is a Ramsey County Judge. Sadly, Judge Yang is an accomplice to rape.

Accomplice To Rape

Judge Yang is well aware that Robyn Bata was using her role to gain access to a defensless man, an inmate with the initials R.C., where she engaged in a sexual assault. Bata promised the unidenfied man a paid work opportunity - using Yang's position on the bench - on the Maplewood golf course, which includes limited freedom, in an effort to lure him out in public so that she could private rape him. What did Judge Yang do? Yang helped facilitate Bata's rape of defenseless men. Meanwhile, Yang tried to torture men with false convictions on behalf of racist Minneapolis prosecutors.

Tortures Men

Judge Yang tortured a man during a false conviction, while his mother was dying, forcing him to listen to her die over the phone. What kind of man would do this? Judge Yang proudly claimed on the record that he had invited his own wife and daughter to watch the rigged trial. Put simply, Judge Yang invites his wife and daughter to witness the torture he inflicts on innocent men and elderly mothers.

Putting Liars On The Stand

Judge Yang puts liars on the stand. Judge Yang knowingly allowed a Minneapolis prosecutor's husband to commit perjury. The pathethic man openly lied and fabricated statements that are entirely consistent with previous evidence found showing his wife blatently admitting to "fabricating" evidence. At the post conviction phase, an audio recording was found proving without a doubt that the statements that the husband testified to were never made. And, multiple witnesses testified indicating the statements in question regarding the husband's testimony were never uttered. Judge Yang stunningly failed to refer the husband to authorities for prosecution. Judge Yang is a corrupt judicial officer who should be no where near any court whatsoever. Judge Yang allows perjury to be used as tool to torture innocent men.

Allowing Prosecutors To Falsify and Fabricate Evidence

In line, Judge Yang has countless pieces of evidence showing blatent prosecuturial misconduct including emails where witnesses and prosecutors admit to "fabricating", "unique false information", and the "most believable false information" to torture families. Judge Yang is a coward and lies to the public.

Permitting Prosecutors To Withhold Evidence

Based on his knowledge, Judge Yang permits Steven and Mary Ellen Heng to withhold evidence through all trial stages. This is egregious prosecuturial misconduct and Judge Yang is too cowardly to refer the misconduct to the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility. Judge Yang taints cases and destroys equal justice.

Perpetrator of Violence

Prior to George Floyd, Judge Yang promoted law enforcement misconduct by and through the above actions. Judge Yang must be sanctioned, removed from the bench, and disbarred.
